Jalisco Sampler Pack: Tequila Blanco, Tequila Reposado + Tequila Añejo

Nosotros starts every bottle the same way: highland agave for a sweet, citrus opening, lowland agave for an herbal finish. Two regions, one blend, crafted by hand under Maestra Tequilera Citlali Ovalle, one of the few female master distillers in Jalisco. 100% mature Blue Weber agave. No additives. No shortcuts.

What happens after that blend leaves the still is where the three diverge.

Tequila Blanco is the blend at its most pure, unaged and unchanged. Sweet and citrus up front, herbal on the finish, the highland-lowland balance in its purest form. Awarded Best Tequila of the Show and a Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco International Wine and Spirits Competition, plus a Gold Medal at the Additive Free Agavos Awards. Perfect neat or in a craft cocktail that shouldn't hide what it's made of.

Tequila Reposado takes that same blend and rests it 6 months in white oak. The agave softens into butterscotch, rounded out by a honey-cinnamon twist. Built for sipping neat or on the rocks, or for a Reposado Old Fashioned. Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, plus a Gold Medal at the Additive Free Agavos Awards.

Tequila Añejo goes further still, 15 months in white oak. Dry fruit and light butterscotch on the nose, a cinnamon-toffee finish that lingers. A shelf tequila for people who take their spirits seriously. Gold Medal, San Francisco World Spirits.
